THE W.E.E. WORKSHOP SCOOP
Wild Power
Reclaim the Power and Joy of Menopause
With Dr Melanie Laird
Let’s face it, perimenopause can feel like a real low point of being a woman.
But while the symptoms and challenges are very real, what if instead of a slow descent into little-old-lady, we reframed this transition as an initiation into our own power, wholeness and mana motuhake?
Whether you’re in the weeds of perimenopause, you’ve come out the other side, or you’re curious about what’s ahead, this workshop offers a safe space to share your story and connect deeply with your inner Wild Woman– the badass, empowered, full-expression version of you inside us all— to guide you through whatever challenges you’re facing feeling confident, joyful and strong.
Dr Melanie Laird
Dr Melanie Laird is certified menstrual cycle and perimenopause coach, as well as a reproductive biologist at the University of Otago.
She first started working with her menstrual cycle as a way to manage her endometriosis as a stressed-out academic, but quickly found her cycle offered a new way to get things done, meet her needs deeply and positively reframe her menstrual story.
She now coaches women (with and without menstrual cycles) to live cyclically, both as a practical framework for navigating life and as a pathway to reclaiming the power and joy of their cyclical experience.
