THE W.E.E. WORKSHOP SCOOP
Your Second Act
Creativity, Meaning & New Ways to Earn
With Laurel McLay
You don’t need to blow up your life , you just need to follow the threads of your own creativity and see where they want to take you.
Somewhere in our 40’s and 50’s, many of us feel a quiet tug, a sense that our work no longer fits the person we’ve become. We’re not unhappy, but we’re not fully expressed either. There’s creativity, experience, and insight inside us that isn’t being used, seen, or valued in the way it could be.
The good news is that this is an extraordinary moment for reinvention. There are now countless pathways to turn your ideas, creativity, curiosity, or expertise into something meaningful, and even commercial. From online communities and small digital offerings, to simple creative projects and modern AI tools that take away overwhelm and help you bring your ideas to life.
In this session, we’ll explore how to begin your “Second Act” in a way that feels natural, grounded, and fully yours. We’ll look at how to share what you know, create work that reflects who you are now, and use today’s tools to open doors you might not have considered before.
