Private Sessions with Anna Pierard

Breath often releases what the body is tired of carrying.

In these one-on-one sessions, you choose the intention and together you briefly explore what feels blocked or restricted.

Anna begins with a breath analysis to observe how you currently breathe (your breath often tells the story before you do), and then she guides you through a focused diaphragmatic breath session, returning again and again to the intention you’ve set and supporting you to maintain a strong, open breath.

As the breath opens fully, you may feel emotion rise; deeper breathing influences the limbic system, so releasing the breath often releases what the body has been holding onto. 

There are 6 x 90 minute private breathwork sessions available that can be booked in the registration form. These are available on a first in first served basis.

I am an opera singer, so know what to do with my breath!

Or at least, I thought I did. Onstage, I am conscious of capacity, the breath path, and muscular engagement, and everything I need to be aware of to ensure optimal use of the breath and create the sound I want.

But offstage... well, I found I was a beginner. Breath is something we all shape unconsciously: we tighten it under pressure, interrupt it when we're stressed, hold it when afraid, and shrink it when life feels too overwhelming. Over time, these patterns quietly alter our chemistry and our inner landscape.

Transformational Breath® offers a guided, intention-based session that helps restore the full respiratory cycle, rebalance oxygen–carbon-dioxide levels, and build true functional breath awareness.
