THE W.E.E. WORKSHOP SCOOP

Core Confidence

With Beth McLean

Enhanced Mental & Physical Health, Illness Recovery & Prevention – The Answer is Often Movement

Our bodies are a complex collaboration of bones, muscles, and organs—plus a jumble of other systems that, like a dysfunctional family, sometimes stop communicating effectively. Your lower back might be yelling at your glutes to do their job, while your glutes give your pelvic floor the silent treatment.

In this workshop, you’ll explore your body from multiple perspectives—through movement and visualization. Don’t worry, you don’t need to be Wonder Woman to attend. This experience is about meeting yourself where you are.

Each of us arrives here as a product of our life experiences—injury, pregnancy, endless hours at a desk, or even over-enthusiastic gardening (cue the eye-roll). Whether you’re managing pain or striving for something greater, this session is designed to help you reconnect with your body.

You’ll leave with a deeper understanding of how your body works and discover tools to help it work better—unlocking a stronger, more integrated version of yourself.

Come and join me on a journey where the small moves matter.

In this workshop, we’ll explore how to:

  • Find freedom in movement by dynamically stabilizing your core

  • Re-establish communication between key muscle groups

  • Build awareness and resilience through mindful, functional movement
